About Sedona Crystal Temple
Sedona Crystal Temple is a husband-and-wife sound healing studio and crystal singing bowl destination in Sedona, Arizona, founded by Tara Kaur and Joshua. We offer private and community sound healing sessions, energy healing, classes, and a large carefully curated collection of crystal singing bowls for practitioners, collectors, and those beginning their journey with sound.
Our work is rooted in devotion, beauty, and a deep respect for the healing power of vibration. Through sacred sound, light, and presence, we create experiences and offerings designed to support relaxation, inner stillness, and meaningful connection.
Our Story
Our journey with sound healing began in 2009, when we attended Double Gong meditations with Sangeet Kaur Khalsa and Hari Nam Singh at Yoga Phoenix. As recipients, we experienced profound energetic healing that became part of the foundation for our own path with sound.
In 2015, we attended Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, where we were introduced more deeply to crystal singing bowls and the power of sacred mantra and Kriya. This was a time of deep personal transformation and helped shape the work we now share through Sedona Crystal Temple.
What we offer today is a natural expression of our passions, gifts, and lived experience. Sedona Crystal Temple was created as a space to share sacred sound and light in a way that is grounded, devotional, and offered with love.
Meet Tara Kaur and Joshua
Tara Kaur and Joshua are the heart of Sedona Crystal Temple.
We are both Reiki Master practitioners and teachers of Hatha, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation. Together, we share a deep love for sound, healing, and creative expression, and we bring that shared devotion into every session, offering, and creation.
Tara Kaur
Tara Kaur has been a healing arts practitioner since 2005 and specializes in spirit and energy healing, Reiki, and Craniosacral Therapy. Her work is rooted in intuition, presence, and a deep relationship with the subtle realms of healing. She also creates the jewelry available in our store, lovingly crafting beautiful necklaces and malas.
Joshua
Joshua is a visual artist and professional photographer whose work is guided by the beauty of nature and presence. His path with sound healing is woven together with his creative gifts, offering a unique sensitivity to resonance, tone, and the immersive field of sound.

Over time, this has grown into the world’s largest crystal singing bowl sound library, with all ad-free offerings, high-fidelity audio, and therapeutic-length recordings designed to support meaningful listening experiences.
Sacred Singing Bowls
In 2023, we began a new chapter with the creation of Sacred Singing Bowls™, our own line of crystal singing bowls for practitioners, collectors, and sound enthusiasts.
This offering grew naturally from years of listening, learning, healing, and sharing sound with others. Sacred Singing Bowls™ reflects our devotion to quality, beauty, resonance, and the deeper relationship people can have with sound as a living practice.
Our experience with thousands of crystal singing bowls has given us a deep knowledge of bowl types, tonal character, playing styles, and the subtle details that shape how each bowl feels, sounds, and responds.
