is ideal if you want a deeper understanding of sound healing, vibrational principles, and practical tools you can begin using right away. This 3-hour class is taught by Tara Kaur and includes 3 NCBTMB and Yoga Alliance CEUs.

Private 2-Day Sound Healing Immersion
is for those who want a more focused and immersive private training experience. Taught by Tara Kaur, this 10-hour training includes NCBTMB and Yoga Alliance CEUs and offers a deeper exploration of sound healing in a personalized setting. Each day is completed with a sound healing session by Joshua, allowing you to fully receive the work as part of the learning experience.

Deep Dive 20-Hour Sound Healing Training
is best for students ready for a more advanced one-on-one path. This private training with Tara Kaur offers a deeper immersion into sound healing through personalized guidance, expanded practice, and dedicated time to refine your understanding, confidence, and relationship with the work.
This includes our two-day, 10-hour course, plus follow-up Zoom sessions to reinforce your learning and provide additional training.

In-person sound healing classes are held at Sedona Crystal Temple in the Village of Oak Creek at 6486 AZ-179, Suite 102, Sedona, Arizona. Select classes are also available live online through Zoom. Whether you learn with us in Sedona or from home, the emphasis is on practical instruction, attentive listening and direct experience with sound.
Who Teaches Our Sound Healing Classes?
Our sound healing classes are taught by Tara Kaur, with Joshua joining selected trainings and experiences. Tara has worked in the healing arts since 2005 and is a Reiki Master and teacher of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Together, Tara and Joshua have worked with sound and gong meditation since 2009 and have spent years exploring crystal singing bowls, gongs, resonance, harmonics and the way instruments interact.
Their teaching is grounded in direct experience with sound rather than rigid formulas. Students are encouraged to listen closely, experiment, ask questions and develop their own sensitivity to tone, resonance and relationship between instruments.

Are classes available online?
Yes. Select sound healing classes are available live online through Zoom, while others are offered only in person at Sedona Crystal Temple. Check the individual class details to confirm whether your chosen training is available online, in Sedona or both.
What will I learn in these classes?
Depending on the class, you may learn crystal singing bowl playing techniques, bowl types, notes, octaves, cents, basic music theory, resonance, harmonics, gong techniques, voice, mantra, instrument placement, pacing and the use of silence. More advanced trainings also explore how multiple instruments interact and how to create thoughtful private or group sound experiences.
Do I need to bring my own crystal singing bowls or instruments?
No. For in-person classes, you’ll have access to crystal singing bowls from our Temple collection of around 1,000 bowls, giving you the opportunity to hear and work with different notes, sizes, octaves and tonal qualities. You are also welcome to bring your own bowls if you would like guidance with instruments you already use. For online classes, we recommend having at least one bowl available for hands-on practice.
Are CEUs offered?
Yes. Select trainings offer continuing education hours through NCBTMB and/or Yoga Alliance. CEU availability varies by course, so please review the individual class details before registering to confirm the current hours and credentialing offered.
