Unified Frequencies Sound Experience
Unified Frequencies is a special sound healing experience with both Tara Kaur and Joshua, two practitioners working together to create a deeper and more immersive session. Crystal singing bowls and gongs blend to support relaxation, balance, and harmony throughout body, mind, and spirit. Designed for private groups of up to 12 people. Choose from 70 or 100 minute sessions.
Harmonic Alignment: Sound & Energy Session
Harmonic Alignment is a special sound and energy session with Joshua facilitating the sound through gong and crystal singing bowls, while Tara Kaur offers a blend of Reiki and Craniosacral therapy. Together, these modalities create a deeper and more multidimensional experience that supports balance, peace, and renewal throughout body, mind, and spirit. Designed for private groups of up to 5 people.
The Alchemy Session: Meditation • Energy • Sound
The Alchemy Session is a one-on-one experience with Tara Kaur that weaves together guided meditation, intuitive energy healing, and sound. Created to support deep balance, renewal, and inner clarity, this session offers a quiet space to soften, receive, and reconnect. Offered as a 180 minute private session.
Community Sound Healing
Our Community Sound Healing sessions are open to the public and offer a shared experience with gongs and crystal singing bowls in an intimate group setting of up to 8 people. Everything is provided so you can simply arrive, settle in, and receive. Advance sign up is required for all community offerings.

What to Expect During a Session
Arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself time to settle. Your receiving space is prepared with thick cushioning, organic coverings, blankets, pillows, bolsters and an eye pillow so there is very little you need to do once the session begins.
As the crystal singing bowls and gongs unfold around you, deep relaxation is common. You may drift toward sleep or a dreamlike state, while at other times the mind may remain active and move through thoughts, memories or emotions. There is no right way to experience the sound. Simply find a natural breath, listen and allow the experience to be what it is.
